You’re a smart, loving mother and devoted to your child’s success.
But the stressors of raising an autistic child impact your well-being and those around you leaving you feeling isolated.
You want to enjoy time with others and your child.
It’s time to stop second guessing yourself and develop self-confidence and a strong circle.
That’s where I come in.
I started studying psychology 30 years ago when little was known about autism. I had an autistic child 20 years later.
My experiences fed my passion to help moms like you so I created Thriving Moms of Autistics.
Here are the 4 steps we will take together to begin that shift:
Uncover Your Strengths for Success
- We will identify your special talents and skills to help you raise your unique child.
- You’ll discover new ways to move forward with patience and flexibility.
- You will feel empowered knowing how to tap into your innate gifts in all situations.
Create Your Supportive Community
- We will brainstorm ways to create a strong support team of peers and other resources.
- You’ll be relieved to find that others can and will overcome the stigma associated with autism.
- Your loneliness will dissolve as you attract like-minded allies who have your back.
Set Boundaries and Self-Care Habits
- You’ll learn simple ways to shake off stress and do more of what you want to do.
- You’ll know how to set realistic boundaries and secure time for you to reboot.
- Your new routines will refresh you and set you up for daily success.
Nurture a Growth Mindset
- We’ll assess your current mindset and look at unhelpful self-talk that keeps you stuck.
- You’ll learn new parenting hacks to adapt to your child’s needs more easily.
- You’ll be more resilient to parent your child into a satisfying adulthood.
